Facilitator of Safety Leadership Program

The Safety Leadership Program Facilitator Program builds the skills to lead impactful, insight-driven learning. Facilitators learn to move from delivering content to enabling reflection, dialogue and behavioural change.

The program develops core facilitation capabilities, including managing group dynamics, asking powerful questions and fostering psychological safety. Facilitators are also trained to review participant reflections using the REAL framework (Relevant, Engaged, Analytical, Learning focused) to support deeper thinking and leadership development.

Delivered by Safety Futures, this program equips facilitators to guide conversations that shape stronger safety leadership and lasting cultural change.
