Enabling Operational Safety Performance

Enabling Operational Safety Performance (EOSP) is delivered by Safety Futures to build the capabilities of people in roles that impact operational safety but don’t work every day on the frontline. Over the program, participants explore how to enable improved performance and understand operational safety in order to drive continuous improvement. The program is structured to deliver the following learning outcomes: - Understanding the gap between planned and actual work. - Exploring effective communication. - Learning how to facilitate individual and team learning. - Understanding risk perception. - Understanding risk reduction. - Learning how to pause and safely restart work. - Learning how to engage in effective safety observations. - Learning how to facilitate change.
