Enabling the Safety of Work

Participants who have completed the 'Enabling the Safety of Work' component of the EOSP program have successfully synthesised the key learnings to develop and implement a safety improvement initiative that solves a current work issue by using some of the program’s tools, frameworks and techniques. This is the final component of the Safety Futures Enabling Operational Safety Performance program which is an immersive 10 week online journey designed to build the capabilities of people in roles that impact operational safety but don’t work every day on the frontline.
