Enabling Improved Performance
The 'Enabling Improved Performance' component of the EOSP program provides participants with skills in:
- Understanding the gap between work as imagined and work as done;
- Using the 4 C's of effective communication;
- Facilitating change; and
- Understanding risk perception.
This 10 week online program, delivered by Safety Futures builds the capabilities of people in roles that impact operational safety but don’t work every day on the frontline.
