Improving the Safety of Work

Participants who have completed the 'Improving the Safety of Work' component of the Safety Futures Safety Leadership for Supervisors and Managers (SLSM) program have successfully: - Synthesised the key learnings from the program to create Know, Say, Do performance goals. - Developed and implemented a safety improvement initiative that solves a current work issue by using some of the program’s tools, frameworks and techniques. This is the final component of the SLSM program which is an immersive 11 week online journey designed to teach participants how to use and implement practical tools that create and maintain a safe system of work.
