Human Performance in Action

The 'Human Performance in Action' component of the Safety Futures Safety Leadership for Supervisors and Managers program provides participants with skills in : - Understanding the gap between work as imagined and work as done. - Using hazards hunts and reviews to develop safe systems of work. - Planning work safely using a collaborative planning process. - Executing mindfully while balancing task focus and situational awareness. - Balancing speed and quality without compromising safety. - Using 'safe holds/stop the job’ triggers and knowing how to safely restart work.
